We manufacture eight different types of mezzanine safety gates. Our Gamma pallet gate is a proven design which can be adapted to meet varying locations and pallet sizes. The Gamma pallet gate offers effective safety with an economic price.
The Zeta mezzanine safety gate (Formerly 'Compact' model is a unique design, in that the opening action allows full pallet coverage, including extra long pallets, whilst taking up minimum mezzanine floor space when not in use.
The 'Hi-Gate' high level safety gate was primarily developed for use with overhead hoist or OET cranes where headroom restrictions mean that any existing safety barriers would prohibit the clear passage of the suspended load for landing on the platform. However, as it is not an up-and-over pallet gate it can recieve loads of unlimited height. It is a useful alternative to our standard gate for use as a fork lift truck pallet loading gate, where the height of the load is prohibitive.
The 'Low headroom - High Load' mezzanine safety gate has recently been added to our range and is especially useful where the gate area has low overhead obstruction or positioned in a doorway. With just 300mm clearance required between overhead obstruction and top of load, this gate provides the solution.
The New Space Saving Track gate allows easy access to pallet from 3 sides and has high load clearance as standard. A must for cramped mezzanine floors or high-level walkwaysAll of our safety pallet gates are suitable for use with standard euro pallets but we have manufactured many bespoke safety gates to suit different loads and locations.
