Requirement: Pallet gate for existing raised platform for twin pallet unloading with vacuum lifting bag handling crane

Problems:

The existing loading platform was very tight for space with dangerous swing out gates and required the crane to swing over the pallets for unloading bags.

Solution:

Omega Nu model mounted on a new platform extension with additional fixed side rails. The fold down inner gate protects the operator and prevents anyone coming into contact with moving loads. With the folding gate raised the operator can swing the vacuum lifting crane over the pallets to lift the bags over to the powder discharge chute

This model is also very easy to operate, having a balanced gate system which negates operator fatigue.
