Shipping Information

We can usually ship most orders within 7 days by road transport to mainland UK on specially built wooden pallets.  Most gates are usually shipped  partially dismantled for final assembly at you site. Due to the complex setting up of the Compact gate, it is shipped complete and bolted, up-right, onto a wooden pallet. This can restrict the overall height of the Compact gate design offered.

For off-shore or export orders, gates will be assembled and tested before being dismantled for flat packing.  Re-assembly instructions will be provided.

Any equipment arriving damaged or with shortages MUST be advised within 24 hours of

All gates are made from standard components.  Damaged sections or components can easily be replaced as we provide spare parts from stock.

All gates and barrier assemblies are made to order and we reserve the right to levy a cancellation charge including any carriage costs incurred.
