Extra wide Gamma gate with standard size Gamma gate behind.  This gate has additional side rails to infill existing wider opening on site.  The gates are partiallly dismantled for shipment on special pallets

Gamma gate with cranked top rail. This clears extra high loads at mezzanine floor edge.  These gate were also made with additional side rails. The extra rails are shown removed lying on assembly pallet

Close-up of new synthetic bearings fitted to the Zeta Compact and Standard gate models.  These maintenance-free synthetic bearings are made in two sizes  with a common M20 bolt which joins the pivoting gate to the larger section side frames. Extra wide Gamma gate with cranked top rail and mesh-infill.  The mesh gives extra protection to stop small objects falling through and offers increased sence of security for operatives You can also see the self-closing gate-lock in position on the near side.

Earlier model Zeta compact Gate. The floor frames are now larger section tube and off-set to accomodate the new bearings.  Although made entirely from standard components the complex design means this gate must be shipped completely assembled on the pallet.

The Hi-Gate shown in operation with a load suspended on crane forks. As the operator opens the inner-gate you can, just about, see the edge-gate coming down to safely close off the floor edge.  An anti-slam damper, not visible in this photo, ensures operator safety.

A Zeta Compact safety gate being loaded for delivery to site.  One of seven pallet gates supplied to one customer. The clients operations required two types of gate.  The Hi-Gate model was also supplied for hoisting operations.

A complete Hi-Gate Safety gate shown flat packed on a pallet ready for shipment. Just the gate bars are removed.  This enables the side frames to be laid flat with gate bars laid on top.  You can see the mechanism on the right.

Latest design Zeta Compact gate showing new position of gate brace which offers more internal width. One of two special gates designed to operate within restricted headroom.

Close up view of new Zeta Compact mechanism. Showing the new maintenance-free bearing. The top section looks longer than normal as the reduced heardroom meant the the lower section had to be shorter for the gate to open lower.

New design Zeta Compact shown fully open. Again this is a reduced headroom model but operates as normal with all handrails maintained at 1100mm regulation height.

Closeup of Zeta Compact bearing shown on the right. It is made of white synthetic material. Two sizes are provided to interface between the different size components used.

New safety feature we can now add safety netting as shown fitted to the Gamma pallet with additional net bar below handrail and toe rail  - Helps prevent items falling through gate bars.  Also the bright blue colour warns forklift driver that the gate is shut.

We can also offer this as an optional extra with our 'Zeta Compact gate' for minimal extra cost. Can easily be removed for washing etc.

When we say we can make specials we mean it.  This 'Gamma Mammoth' gate is 2500mm x 2500mm inside and clears 2500mm load height. In order the shut this massive gate we fitted a pull rope (near left) and in addition to the gate-lock we incorporated an anti-slam damper. The customer was so pleased with it he has susequently taken delivery of a second one.
