'ZETA' Compact Safety Pallet Gate

The 'Zeta' Compact Mezzanine Pallet Gate system is the solution to a problem encountered on many mezzanine floors. How to provide a economic safety gate for high level pallet loading where space is severley retricted. The unique Mezz Barriers design, with innovative fold-up action is a proven and failsafe design, which is approved by many safety practitioners, for pallet loading operations.
Available in standard galvanised finish and a standard size with generous loading area 1500mm wide x 1500mm deep x 1500mm optimum load height.It offers good clearance on all standard pallets.

Special widths up to 3000mm inside can be provided.

Due to the complex closure mechanism this, model is shipped fully assembled on a special pallet ,hence the overall height is restricted to 2050mm and has good operational clearance over 1500mm high pallets.

The gate height is 1100mm with 3 bars to the edge gate for maximum safety.

Optional extras include:

Weld mesh or safety netting infill in ede gate
Kick plate fitted to the toe rail
Floor and edge protection plate in aluminium chequer plate 1250mm x 1150mm with 100mm edge guard (Recommended for wooden floors).
All aluminium construction
Powder coated finish

All parts a replaceable in the event of damage.
Maintenance free nylon pivot bushes
Just bolt to the floor and its reay for use.
